Dr. Lisa Costello

Dr. Lisa Costello brings over 15 years of experience in clinical and school psychology to her role as Director of the Zarlengo Foundation Learning Evaluation Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University and advanced degrees from Indiana University, including a Master of Science in Educational Psychology, Educational Specialist in School Psychology, and Doctor of Philosophy in School Psychology. Dr. Costello also completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities Fellowship Program (LEND) at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, a one-year predoctoral internship at the Sarah A. Reed Children’s Center, and a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Brown University’s School of Medicine. Prior to joining the Learning Evaluation Center, she spent many years on the faculty of the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Children’s Hospital Colorado, engaging in community outreach, teaching, and research while working as a psychologist in schools and pediatric primary care. She cares deeply about ensuring kids have what they need to thrive.
